Brennstüberl Geistreich

In 2013, the dream of having our own distillery became reality.

After training as a fine spirit sommelier in Weihenstepan, we opened our Brennstüberl Geistreich in the Grüben. Since then, we have been distilling whatever we can get our hands on with our lock distillery and our somewhat smaller spirit system (the "baby"). Now we not only distill the standard types of fruit, but also dare to try out unusual pleasure experiments such as bock beer spirits.
From apple to lemongrass, we try to get the aromas and flavors into the distillates.
Our product selection includes not only fine spirits but also liqueurs and special fruit spreads.
Our partners and our families actively support us in making this dream come true.
Our goal is to give our customers an unforgettable taste and pleasure experience. The basic requirement for this is carefully selected, high-quality fruit that is processed in a way that preserves the aroma. It is always inspiring to experience the rich variety of aromas that can be obtained from the respective raw materials.
