In the Quellenviertel, exercise happens almost without you realising it. You cycle through rolling hills, trudge through tranquil moorland, sit in the saddle and explore the region on horseback, or follow ancient pilgrimage routes that tell a story better than a thousand words. Rivers flow calmly along their courses, lakes glisten in the sunlight – and somewhere in between, you realise: this is where you belong.
Whether you’re out for a sporty ride or a leisurely discovery tour – out here, it’s not about higher, faster, further. It’s about that wonderful feeling of reconnecting with yourself.
Get on your bike, set off, or simply stop and take it all in.
The main thing: being outdoors.
Cycling through rolling hills.
Walking through woods and across meadows.
Discovering the next horizon on horseback.
In the Quellenviertel, there isn’t just one way.
There are many.
Nature that gives you space.
For speed, for tranquillity – and for everything in between.
Because so many things come together here: rolling hills, villages, riverside scenery, forests and places to stop for a bite to eat.
