The high-quality equipment of our 52 square meter non-smoking apartment for 2 persons, at a daily price of 70,-- €, contributes substantially to the recovery of our vacation guests. The temperature of the underfloor heating can be controlled individually for each room. The modern corner sofa in the kitchen-living room can be extended to 1.20 x 2.00 m. In addition to the satellite TV and radio, sufficient CDs are available.
Internet access (W-LAN) is free of charge. The dining area is located between the well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and the upholstered suite. The new, senior-friendly and very quiet 2-bed bedroom has a comfortable height and is adjustable in the head and foot section. The 100% pure down comforters (optionally also synthetic comforters) in extra length (135x220 cm) are a matter of course for our guests. Various additional pillows, including a side sleeper pillow, are available to choose from. The bathroom has a washbasin, WC and shower. An additional radiant heater with automatic switch-off provides sufficient warmth. A washing machine is available for your sole use. A basic set of toiletries including a hairdryer is available. In the anteroom there is a wall unit with full-length mirror and shoe rack with seating. There is a table and 2 chairs with cushions on the large covered wooden balcony. Parking is available on the property. The historic town square is approx. 5 minutes' walk away. Swimming in Lake Leitgering is no more than 3 km away. No pets in our apartment.
