Surrounded by one of the largest contiguous forest areas in Central Europe, the Kobernaußer or Hausruck forest, the location offers a special charm in a quiet and hillside position during every season. The backdrop of the gentle, expansive hilly landscape of Hausruckviertel invites walking, hiking, and cycling. The building is situated on an eastern slope with a fantastic view into the picturesque Hausruckviertel. On sunny days with good visibility, one can even see into the Mühl and Traunviertel and sometimes even as far as the Salzkammergut.
