Silent Night Beer

With its ‘Silent Night Festive Beer’, the Schnaitl private brewery in Gundertshausen pays tribute to the world’s most famous Christmas carol in a very special way: “Almost everyone in the family enjoys singing ‘Silent Night, Holy Night’. The fact that the carol was composed in our neighbourhood was yet another reason for us to honour it with our own beer creation,” says brewery owner Matthias Schnaitl IV. The festive packaging also makes it an ideal gift. Prominent flavour notes include coffee, hops, caramel, toffee and dark chocolate. The finish is warming, bitter and chocolatey. It pairs superbly with festive roasts, chocolate mousse and Christmas bakes.
