This traditional brewery inn is located in the center of Ried and has been family-owned since 1932. We have seating for about 120 guests and 35 comfortable guest beds.

- Morning beer gatherings with white sausage, pretzels, and wheat beer for groups upon request
We’re happy to assist with inquiries about hosting seminars at our inn in Ried.

Our business is now in its fourth generation. Our great-grandfather, Johann Lechner, founded Upper Austria’s first wheat beer brewery in 1933—brewing continued on the premises until 1981.

The brewery has now been converted into a small museum and can be visited at any time during the inn’s opening hours. As part of the “Rieder Schmankerlroas” tour, organized by the Volkskundehaus Ried im Innkreis, our brewery museum is one of several stops on the route.
