Wide paths offer plenty of space for walkers, cyclists and runners. Viewpoints offer views of the lake, which is home to various bird species, including mute swans, cormorants and red-crested pochards. Swimming season: Several lawns with shady trees, benches, changing rooms, showers, sandpits and an inn guarantee bathing fun for all ages on a shallow bank.
Last summer, the forest lake reached a temperature of 22 degrees. Guests can fortify themselves with delicacies and cool drinks at the inn. Events sometimes take place on weekends, with bands playing.
