Bio Braberl "Bretterbauer- und Schaberlhof"

BioBraberl is two farms with a common cycle.

We are a producer association of the two organic farms Bretterbauer and Schaberl in Braunau/Inn and Ranshofen.
Together we produce and market cereal products and sourdough bread from the wood-fired oven, pasture-raised eggs from the mobile henhouse, meat from pasture-raised cattle and seasonal vegetables as well as juice directly from the farm. Organic and socially fair farming is a matter of course for us.

Hours:

The farm store at Schaberlhof in Ranshofen is open every Wednesday from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. You can find everything here: from fresh sourdough bread baked in a wood-fired oven to grains and flours, pasture-raised eggs, and seasonal vegetables. We also offer milk, cheese, and other products from local organic farmers.
Our self-service vending machines are available around the clock, offering our pasture-raised eggs and potatoes (at the Schaberlhof) and, in addition to the pasture-raised eggs, fresh seasonal vegetables (at the Bretterbauerhof). Fresh organic vegetables are also available at the farmers’ market in Mauerkirchen every Thursday morning or by special order. Pasture-raised beef is sold in the farm store approximately once a month by special order.

Our selection in the farm store is expanded by several regional organic farms, such as: Paischer Organic Farm in Munderfing, the Eigelsberg Organic Goat Farm and Cheese Dairy in Höhnhart, Simandl Organic Farm in Roßbach, the Mattigtaler Farm Cheese Dairy in Seekirchen, the Höflmaier Cheese Dairy in Lochen, the Braunau World Shop, and the Heissbauer Organic Farm in Neuhofen; we also collaborate with other farms and processing facilities in the region on various production and processing steps.
