Branch church Gebertsham
The winged altar was created by the master Gordian Guckh. Since the uncovering of the wall paintings, the little church in Gebertsham is one of the rare, holistically preserved Gothic cultural monuments, which in its complexity even surpasses comparable sacred buildings such as St. Georg in Rottenmann or St. Ulrich in Krakauhintermühlen (both in Styria).
St George's in Rottenmann or St Ulrich's in Krakauhintermühlen (both in Styria). The Gebeertsham church is owned by the municipality. In 1987, the former German Federal President Dr Walter Scheel was married in this church.
