Day 1 - Welcome to the Bierrefugium
- Arrive and toast: Draught beer fresh from the wooden barrel
- Accompanied by: beer bread and fine regional spreads
- Guided tour through our unique beer cellar
- Tasting of five carefully selected beers
- In the evening: Delicious 3-course menu with regional specialties - accompanied by our beers on tap
Day 2 - Time for enjoyment and relaxation
- Morning at leisure (e.g. visit to a nearby thermal spa)
- 3 p.m.: Food pairing special "Beer meets cheese and chocolate"
- In the evening: 4-course menu with finely tuned beer accompaniment
Day 3 - Brewing up close
- Beer brewing day in our brewery: from malting to yeast
- Exchange with our master brewers and insights into the practice
- Evening finale in Ried im Innkreis - with personal restaurant tips from us
Day 4 - Farewell with pleasure
- Late breakfast and joint review
- Presentation of your personal brew recipe and brewing protocol
