The baking tradition has been upheld in the region for a very long time. And even today you can still find special bakers here who produce excellent types of bread. Regional products are prepared in the mills and processed by the bakers. A lot of manual work goes into the breads and pastries that you can buy from the region's bakers. Enjoy the delicacies from the ovens with us and get to know the people who make the bread. An ideal program module for trips in small or large groups.

In the mill store attached to the mill you will find flours and grains
of all imaginable original grain varieties for all purposes.
All grain products and flours are natural without additives.
Huemer Mühle has been certified as an organic processing plant since 1992.
