The temperature of the underfloor heating can be regulated individually for each room. The modern corner sofa in the kitchen-living room can be pulled out to 1.20 x 2.00 m. In addition to the satellite TV and radio, there are plenty of CDs and DVDs available. Internet access (Wi-Fi) is free. The dining area is located between the well-equipped kitchenette with dishwasher and the upholstered furniture. The new, senior-friendly and very quiet 2-bed bedroom has a comfortable height and the head and foot sections are adjustable. The 100% pure down beds, optionally synthetic beds, in extra length (135x220 cm), are a matter of course for our guests. Various additional pillows, including a side sleeper pillow, are available. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower. An additional radiant heater with automatic switch-off ensures sufficient warmth. A washing machine for sole use is available. A basic set of toiletries including a hair dryer is available. In the anteroom there is a wall unit with a full-length mirror and a shoe rack with seating. On the large covered wooden balcony there is a table and 2 chairs with cushions. Parking is available on the property. The historic town square is about a 5-minute walk away. Swimming in the Leitgeringer Lake is no more than 3 km away. No pets in our holiday apartment.
