Archery is the ideal choice for increasing your ability to concentrate, boosting your self-confidence, improving your reaction and coordination skills, getting back to your center,... Regular archery (with correct posture) is also recommended by doctors for orthopaedic complaints, such as problems in the cervical, thoracic or lumbar spine (e.g. caused by sitting jobs) and even for multiple sclerosis!
