My motto: Find what feels good **for you**. I offer a weekly, **open Vinyasa Yin class** that you can attend flexibly with a stamp pass. The content includes varied flows and deeply *decelerating* yin poses to completely relax the nervous system. I also love my **pregnancy yoga classes** and the **mum and baby classes**.
