We mainly offer homemade products: for example tasty bread, delicious dry aged beef from our Pinzgau cattle and spicy delicacies from Mangalitza pigs, various cheesed delicacies made from fresh organic milk, spreads with fine herbs from our garden ... and of course the Wildshut beers, in which you can taste the unique and concentrated flavour of the home-grown ancient grains. Everything we can't produce ourselves is sourced from farmers in the neighbourhood and from partners in the region. In the small garden in front of our Kråmerladen - power place included - you can soak up the tranquillity and beauty of this area and get a little appetite and flavour by looking into the Vollholzbrauerei. And if you like, you can of course take our Wildshut delicacies home with you.
