Once the undisputed centrepiece of all dance halls and beach cafés, the entertainment machine of the war generation has become a nostalgic hit within your own four walls. Owning an original Wurlitzer is now considered a collector's greatest fortune. Over 30 years ago, Alois Schreckenberger wanted to own a jukebox. The original idea turned into a passion. The number of boxes increased from year to year, creating space problems. The solution was to convert a 300 m2 former hayloft into a showroom.
