We also offer milk, cheese, and other products from local organic farmers. Our self-service vending machines are available around the clock, offering our pasture-raised eggs and potatoes (at the Schaberlhof) and, in addition to the pasture-raised eggs, fresh seasonal vegetables (at the Bretterbauerhof). Fresh organic vegetables are also available at the farmers’ market in Mauerkirchen every Thursday morning or by special order. Pasture-raised beef is sold in the farm store approximately once a month by special order. Our selection in the farm store is expanded by several regional organic farms, such as: Paischer Organic Farm in Munderfing, the Eigelsberg Organic Goat Farm and Cheese Dairy in Höhnhart, Simandl Organic Farm in Roßbach, the Mattigtaler Farm Cheese Dairy in Seekirchen, the Höflmaier Cheese Dairy in Lochen, the Braunau World Shop, and the Heissbauer Organic Farm in Neuhofen; we also collaborate with other farms and processing facilities in the region on various production and processing steps.
