The meat has an intense, strong flavour and a delicate, fine fat grain, which is a direct result of the species-appropriate husbandry and rearing at the Mayer organic farm. The meat packages are cut ready for cooking and are usually vacuum-packed in 0.75kg packages. The maturing and ready-to-cook cutting of the meat takes place in the farm's own cold store and cutting room. This enables the Mayer family to guarantee the best quality of their products.
