Villa Vitalis chef Hermann Gruber and his team use only fresh and largely regional products to prepare the versatile and tasty delicacies in the restaurant of Villa Vitalis. The kitchen has a hypoallergenic orientation. This means that food that tends to cause allergies is often omitted.
