Water, a quiet spot and a few minutes when you simply don’t have to do anything. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ### featuring 24 mindfulness exercises along rivers, lakes and other bodies of water. Water is a constant companion on this exploratory cycle tour through the Quellenviertel. At times, the Inn flows peacefully alongside you; at others, the Salzach rushes past; and at others still, a small lake lies completely still amongst the moorland, woodland and meadows. And sometimes, that’s all it takes to quiet your mind a little. Along the route, **24 special water and resonance spots** are waiting to be discovered. River mouths, lakes, bathing spots, viewpoints and tranquil natural spaces – each has its own unique atmosphere. There are also short mindfulness and reflection exercises to help you look more closely, listen more attentively and consciously appreciate the moment. It’s not about ticking off all 24 spots as quickly as possible. Quite the opposite. Stop wherever it feels right at that moment.
